1. Using this site
By using somnisole.com you agree to these terms. If you place a pre-order, the pre-sale terms and the shipping and returns policy also apply and form part of your agreement with us.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, if a price was shown in obvious error or if the production run is oversubscribed.
3. Product information
We try to describe the product accurately. Images are illustrations and 3D renderings made from the design specification, and specifications marked as targets may change slightly in production. If what you receive is materially different from what was described, you may return it for a full refund.
4. Not medical advice
Somnisole is a wellness product, not a medical device. Everything on this site, including the reflexology chart and articles, is general information for education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. Reflexology associations are traditional and we do not claim that our product affects any organ or treats any condition. Not for feet with numbness, open wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or poor circulation without a doctor's OK.
5. Your use of the chart and content
You may print and share the reflexology chart for personal, non-commercial use with the somnisole.com credit left in place. Otherwise the text, illustrations, 3D model and design of this site belong to Somnisole and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or removes your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Somnisole is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
