Somnisole Five-Toe Reflexology Sock
$32$39pre-sale price
The same sole map as the Classic, knitted with five separate toes. Each toe pad carries its own nubs, so pressure reaches every toe instead of a shared toe box, and air moves between them all night.
For feet that run warm, toes that like to spread, and anyone who already sleeps in toe socks.
This is a pre-order. Estimated shipping: March 2027.
Cancel any time before your pair ships for a full refund. If the ship date slips, we will tell you and you can cancel then too.
Not for feet with numbness, open wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or poor circulation without a doctor's OK. See the pre-sale terms and shipping and returns.
Nubs on every toe pad
Each toe gets its own pressure instead of sharing a toe box.
Air between the toes
The most breathable Somnisole, for feet that run warm.
Same sole map
Ball, arch, outer edge and soft heel domes match the Classic.
Toes that spread
Separated toes settle naturally, so the sock never bunches at the front.
Size M, right sole. Nubs sit inside the sock.
Inside the sole: six zones.
09Toes
Nine standard nubs across the toe pads.
05Base of the toes
A row of five in the crease where the toes meet the foot.
13Ball of the foot
Thirteen nubs with one larger thumb nub at the centre.
07Inner arch
Seven nubs along the arch, with a thumb nub at its deepest point.
03Outer edge
Three nubs down the outside of the foot.
08Heel
Eight low, soft domes, so back sleepers can rest on them all night.
See what each zone is traditionally associated with on the interactive reflexology chart, or read how the sock works.

Questions, answered.
What is Somnisole?
A thin, breathable sock with 45 firm silicone nubs bonded inside the sole, mapped to every reflexology zone from the toes to the heel. You press your foot into a wall, a footboard or your other foot, and the nubs do the work. It is light enough to keep on while you sleep.
Does Somnisole treat or cure anything?
No. Somnisole is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is made for achy, tired, restless-feeling feet at bedtime and for a short wind-down ritual. The zones on a reflexology map are traditional associations, and we make no claim that pressing them affects any organ or condition.
Who should not use it?
Not for feet with numbness, open wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or poor circulation without a doctor's OK. If you are pregnant or have any foot or health condition, check with your doctor first. Stop if anything hurts.
Is it as good as a foot rub from another person?
A willing pair of hands is hard to beat. The hard part is finding them at 11pm, every night, without owing one back. Somnisole is for all the other nights: the pressure is there whenever you want it, for as long as you want it, and it never says maybe tomorrow.
Are the nubs on the inside or the outside?
Inside, against your sole. The outside of the sole only has small grip dots so the sock holds on a wall or footboard. A small pad on top of the foot carries three firm nubs on the outside, for running your other sole over it.
Can I really sleep in it?
That is what it is designed for. The heel uses low, soft domes (1.5 mm) so back sleepers can rest on them, the top of the foot is open mesh, and a soft band replaces the usual tight cuff. If it ever feels uncomfortable, take it off.
How do I use it?
Three ways. Press your sole into a wall or footboard for the deepest pressure. Press your two soles together. Or glide one sole over the nub pad on top of the other foot. Start with a few minutes and use as much or as little pressure as feels good.
What size should I order?
S fits US women's 5 to 7. M fits women's 7.5 to 10 and men's 6 to 8.5. L fits women's 10.5 to 12 and men's 9 to 11. XL fits men's 11.5 to 14. Between sizes, go down for a closer fit so the nubs stay in place.
