1. What you are buying

The pre-sale is for the first production run of the Somnisole Reflexology Sleep Sock and the Five-Toe Reflexology Sock. When you check out you are placing a pre-order: we charge your payment method in full at checkout and ship your order during the ship window shown to you.

The current ship window is March 2027.

2. Where you will see the ship window

The estimated ship window is shown on the product page, in your cart, on the checkout page above the Pay button, on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email. The window in your confirmation email is the one that applies to your order.

3. If we are running late

We set the ship window from our manufacturer's confirmed production schedule. If we learn we cannot ship within it, we will email you before the window ends with a revised ship date and a reminder of how to cancel.

• If the new date is 30 days or less after the original window, your order stays in place unless you cancel.
• If the new date is more than 30 days after the original window, or we cannot give a date, we will cancel your order and refund you in full unless you tell us you would like to wait.
• You can cancel for a full refund at any point during a delay.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time before your order ships, for any reason, for a full refund including shipping. Reply to your confirmation email with the word cancel, or write to hello@somnisole.com with your order reference.

We send refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

5. Price

The pre-sale price is $29 for one Classic pair, $32 for one Five-Toe pair and $49 for any two Classic pairs. The planned regular price after the pre-sale is $35 a pair. The price you pay at checkout is final for your order. Shipping and any sales tax are shown before you pay.

6. The counter

Any number of pairs reserved shown on the site is read from paid orders in our database. Refunded and cancelled orders are removed from it. We do not use invented scarcity or countdowns that reset.

7. Changing your order

Need a different size or address? Email us before your order ships and we will change it at no charge.

8. After your pair arrives

Once delivered, our normal returns policy applies: 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, in the original box. See shipping and returns.

9. About the product

Product images on this site are illustrations and 3D renderings made from the design specification. The finished product may differ in small details such as exact shade and nub finish. If your pair differs from the description in a way that matters to you, you can return it for a full refund.

Somnisole is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not for feet with numbness, open wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or poor circulation without a doctor's OK.

10. Your rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including your rights under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
