somnisole

Reflexology for bedtime. Pre-sale open, ships March 2027.

The sock that massages your feet.

It's just a sock. Not just any sock. Firm nubs on every reflexology zone of the sole, in a knit so thin and breathable you fall asleep in it. The foot rub you have been waiting for, every night, no hands required.

A pair of Somnisole socks in Midnight. One shows its sole, where the knit rises over each nub; the other shows the open-mesh top, the brass-striped cuff and the three-nub instep pad. 3D render.

Why it exists

Everyone wants a foot rub at bedtime. Nobody wants to give one.

You ask nicely. They manage a minute, one hand, eyes on their phone, and then it is somehow your turn. No hard feelings. It is late, and they are tired too.

Somnisole is the foot rub that does not get bored. Firm nubs under every part of your sole, as much pressure as you lean in with, for as long as you want it. Your partner is officially off duty.

An unscientific comparison. Results vary by partner.

Every zone, mapped.

45 nubs sit inside the sock, against your sole. Here they are shown through the knit.

45 nubs across 6 zones, inside the sock and against your sole. Softer domes at the heel, so you can sleep in it.

Zone associations come from traditional reflexology maps. We make no claim that pressing a zone affects any organ.

Press into a wall, a footboard, or your other foot.

Nothing to mount, plug in or charge. You choose the pressure.

Wall or footboard

The deepest pressure. Lie back, plant your sole and lean in. Grip dots on the outside keep the sock from sliding.

Sole to sole

Both feet at once. Press them together and each sole works the other.

Over the other foot

Glide one sole across the three-nub pad on the other instep. No wall needed.

Light enough to fall asleep in.

Most things that press this firmly are not things you would wear to bed. This one is a sock.

Open-mesh top
An eyelet knit across the top of the foot lets air through.
Seamless toe
Linked flat, so nothing rubs at night.
Soft band, no tight cuff
A wide band at low tension holds the sock without squeezing.

A five-minute wind-down

Press. Switch. Sleep.

    Press

Socks on, lights low. Plant one sole against the footboard or the wall and lean in until the pressure feels strong but good. Hold, shift a little, hold again.

  2. Bare feet resting on rumpled linen bedding in low light.

    Switch

Now the other foot. No wall? Press your soles together, or glide one sole over the nub pad on top of the other. A few minutes each side is plenty.

    Sleep

Leave them on. Soft heel domes, an open-mesh top and no tight cuff mean you can forget they are there until morning.

Nothing to charge, nothing to set up, nothing to put away. See the full bedtime ritual, including how it fits with yoga nidra.

Questions, answered.

What is Somnisole?

A thin, breathable sock with 45 firm silicone nubs bonded inside the sole, mapped to every reflexology zone from the toes to the heel. You press your foot into a wall, a footboard or your other foot, and the nubs do the work. It is light enough to keep on while you sleep.

Does Somnisole treat or cure anything?

No. Somnisole is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is made for achy, tired, restless-feeling feet at bedtime and for a short wind-down ritual. The zones on a reflexology map are traditional associations, and we make no claim that pressing them affects any organ or condition.

Who should not use it?

Not for feet with numbness, open wounds, diabetes-related foot problems or poor circulation without a doctor's OK. If you are pregnant or have any foot or health condition, check with your doctor first. Stop if anything hurts.

Can I really sleep in it?

That is what it is designed for. The heel uses low, soft domes (1.5 mm) so back sleepers can rest on them, the top of the foot is open mesh, and a soft band replaces the usual tight cuff. If it ever feels uncomfortable, take it off.

When will my pair ship?

Pre-ordered pairs are estimated to ship March 2027. That window is shown on the product page, in your cart, at checkout and in your confirmation email. If it slips, we will email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Cancel any time before your pair ships for a full refund. If the ship date slips, we will tell you and you can cancel then too. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
