Somnisole India
Acupressure slippers, made for bed.
The foot massage your grandmother gave you, built into a sock. 45 firm nubs across the whole sole, thin enough to sleep in.

If you grew up with acupressure slippers
You know the feeling: a few minutes on those hard nubs and your feet wake up. Slippers are made for standing. Somnisole is made for lying down.
The nubs sit inside a soft sock, against your sole, with softer domes at the heel. You press into the wall, the bed frame or your other foot, for as long as it feels good. Then you leave the socks on and sleep.
See how the sock works and the foot reflexology chart it is built on.
Press. Switch. Sleep.
Press
Socks on, lights low. Plant one sole against the footboard or the wall and lean in until the pressure feels strong but good. Hold, shift a little, hold again.
Switch
Now the other foot. No wall? Press your soles together, or glide one sole over the nub pad on top of the other. A few minutes each side is plenty.
Sleep
Leave them on. Soft heel domes, an open-mesh top and no tight cuff mean you can forget they are there until morning.
